You can now fax in your registration with a major credit card only. Complete the registration form (download it here) and fax it to Community Services at (760) 241-9486. Please provide a phone number to confirm receipt. Register Early If there are not enough enrollments for a program, it can be canceled. Please register early because classes fill quickly. Parking Regulations Monday - Saturday, all-day parking is $2.00 (quarters only); see ticket dispensers in the parking lot(s). Parking permits are available at the Bursar's office at $35 - $40 for the full semester. Disability Accommodations: Please notify our office 10 working days in advance prior to the program start date.	*.: Click the button above to begin :.* Refund Policy A class refund may be obtained up to five working days prior to the program start date. 100% of collected fees will be refunded if Community Services cancels a program. A $10 service charge applies to student cancellations. Refunds take from four to six weeks. Victor Valley College reserves the right to add, cancel class, make adjustments in scheduled hours, days, room assignments, or instructors of any class or increase fees. All class materials are mandatory unless stated as optional under the description of the class. These self-supporting courses are offered for enrichment in a variety of subjects. Some courses require an additional material fee which must be paid directly to the instructor. Registration must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Minimum class size is 10 students. No refunds will be issued for student withdrawal.
